Established in 2009, BARFORDSHIRE INSTITUTE [GHANA SCHOOL OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP & COMMERCE] is located in Ghana and reflects the vibrant energy of the country towards the development of entrepreneurship, technology & innovation, and commerce.

Our open house event is an open day for all prospective students to come in to know more about the Barfordshire dynamic Community, what it brings to shape their futures, to know the courses/programmes available based on their certifications or potentials, the admissions process and costs associated with our courses/programmes on offer.
It is an avenue to Stir up the Barfordshire drive in the inmates, to begin to Envision, Innovate & Lead before their official studentship begin.

Barfordshire makes it possible for each student admitted to pursue a course/programme, have access to a personal Notebook PC which invariably is used during lectures, assignments/project delivery and course assessment/end of semester examinations.
This makes Barfordshire Institute one of the very first Hi-Tech Colleges in Ghana and the whole of Africa, which offers an all round paperless solution (digital learning environment) in higher education delivery, from the inception of any chosen course to finishing.
Digital Learning Experience
Research and the search for relevant information to timely deliver on assignments hasn't been much easier! Barfordshire has gone at length to install a Digital Library System in place, accessible 24/7 to both students and lecturers, for effective research and timely delivery of lectures/assignments.
Virtual Student Monitoring/Assessment System

With a state of the art virtual networking system in place, Barfordshire Institute allows for every student to log into an online student account with a unique log-in code.
All assignments and assessment results of a student are both monitored and delivered here. The student account is what tracks all the academic and professional activities of every student, with a backup wired unto Barfordshire virtual servers.
